　　Mary was the middle one. She was smaller than Jane, but she was bigger than Linda. Mary did things like pushing the stroller when she and Mother took Linda for a walk, and digging in the sandbox, and giving the poppy his breakfast when Mother was too busy.

　　Mary had things like being told she did a very good job dressing herself, and having stories read to her--- sitting close to Mother. Also, Mary had had rides on Daddy＇s back when he acted like a bear, or a camel, or a pony.

　　Those were not things for Linda because she was too little. They were not for Jane, either. She was too big. They were all things just for Mary, no longer little like Linda, and not yet big like Jane.

　　LastSaturday, I went to visit my uncle in Shaoshan. I got up so early in thatmorning and went there by bus. It took me about two hours to get there. They prepared a big feast for me. We laughed and talkedhappily around the table.

　　一、制定计划，繁而不乱。

　　每天到班五次，考勤、纪律管理、大扫除、卫生检查活动、大礼堂活动、主题班会活动，远足活动。制定详尽的安排。

　　二、一视同仁，情系学生。

　　实习班主任，前期两个星期，努力记住了每一位学生的名字和面庞。让他们知道老师关注他们、关心他们，为后期班主任实习工作的展开带来了很大的便利。尊重欣赏每一位学生，实习班级很多学生有特长，如跳舞、绘画、朗诵，乐于发现他们身上的闪光点。急学生所急，难学生所难。月考、期中考试、文理分科、日常学习和生活中为学生排忧解难。

　　三、为人师表，以身作则。

　　“身教重于言教”, 无论是着装、言行、教学能力、个人修养等方面都要以一名正式的老师、班主任的身份要求自己。只有尊重自己、严格要求自己，才能从学生那里得到爱戴和尊重，在学生中树立威信，得到学生的认可和支持。

　　四、虚心求教，学习借鉴。

　　因为是实习生，年龄相仿，学生更愿意接近我们。然而很快与学生打成一片却带来很多问题，学生自习课上会扯着和老师聊天、打听老师私事，容易起哄，大声喧哗致使班级纪律难以管理。后来只得求助于班主任，在班主任的指导和帮助下，情况好转。实习生经验尚浅，在班主任工作这一块更是几乎空白。除了找原班主任请教外，我也会寻求班干部帮助。后来处理声音视频，需要用一些软件，也是向同学求教加自学。实习班主任要结合实际情况不断完善自我，提高班级凝聚力和学习劲头。

　　教学研究：这三个月中，我留心观察了本班学生学习英语的情况，并通过问卷调查和与学生交流的方式收集到了一些数据和信息。我打算从学生的英语学习自主性方面来探讨当今中学教育中的一大难题

　　———英语教学。很多人往往从教师或教材的角度去分析影响学生英语学习的因素，但是却忽略了另一个重要的学习中的主体——学生。高一（4)班是理科平行班，学生英语水平很差。对英语学习没有兴趣、没有热情。英语学习过于被动，如何在英语教学中开发学生的学习自主性成了一个刻不容缓的问题。

　　以上就是自己对于这三个月的实习生活所做的'总结。提高了自己英语教学能力的同时，与很多同学成为了好朋友。最大的体会是“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”三个月的实习只是一个学校到社会的过渡期。真正的英语教学和班主任工作是需要在不断的实践中总结经验，改进方法，一步步慢慢探索。任重而道远，认真实践，虚心求教。
