××，1983年1月24日上午11时15分出生于山东省无棣县小泊头镇卫生院，自我介绍信。从小与土地亲近，与自然感情之久毋庸置疑。读书生涯以母亲的《中药学》和父亲的《储粮害虫》发端，与生物学结缘也始于此。
接受了正统的十二年中国基础教育，十二年寒窗乏善可陈。初中两次参加中学生物奥林匹克竞赛，分别取得省区一等奖和特等奖。高中三年，平心而论只拼了半年，用减肥八千克换了一张总分623的高考成绩单。怀着对生物学的一腔热情，力排众议报考了山东大学生命科学学院，并被录取。
进入大学，发现理想中之自由开放的象牙塔仍遥不可及，但对我来说已经是“如鳅得泥”。虽然与中学相比，课程的负担不止增加了倍余，但我更喜欢这种忙碌。基础课的教学，应该不能算得上理想，我想这是国内多数大学的通病。不过，课程本身的吸引力，远远大于我对教学方式的不满。虽然没有在拿到全部的优秀，但也算是顺利通过。英语轻松拿下四级六级，也似小马过河，不是一件异常恐怖的事情。
在顺利完成任务之余，课外阅读成了我的最大爱好，三年间省下了别人喝咖啡的钱全部买了书。01年北京，02年上海，每次都把钱包里的钱换成了更加充实的书包里的书。至今，床头的三层书架全部塞满了各种生物学读物，被同学戏称为山大图书馆生物学分馆。为了及时了解科技界特别是生物学界的动态，各种杂志成了我最大的涉猎品，《science》《nature》千金难求，《scientific american》的中文版三年来一期不缺。
在学校，最大的乐土莫过于实验室，即使基础实验成了理工科学生最为诟病的孱头。虽然无法完全掌控实验，但我力争求变，看到自己的思想被证实或被否定，实在是一件乐事。儿时与土地的亲近和十几年“住院”（live in the hospital）生活让我对实验操作本身颇有体会。特别是动物实验，被同学叫去在扎满耳孔的兔子耳朵上寻找“立针之地”的往往是我，介绍信《自我介绍信》。三年来，十几门实验课，门门都是优秀，每每成为实验同伴偷懒的理由，这也是大学时光里的一个美好的回忆。
闲暇之余，背上帐篷和睡袋，深入济南南部的山山水水中，虽然没有云南风光旖旎，还是能寻找到一份城市中失落已久的难得清静。带上地质锤和放大镜，张夏、山旺，都是好去处。和奥陶纪、寒武纪、第四纪的生灵们打个招呼。虽然还上升不到分子的水平，也算是对进化的小小研究了。
说到进化，20xx年的春天，非典疑云笼罩京城之际，我和几个朋友受邀到中央电视台科教频道与南京大学、天津大学的朋友一起参加关于恐龙灭绝的话题的讨论。我们提出的`复原恐龙生殖生态模型的观点得到了著名古生物学家董枝明和甄朔南的一致肯定。从北京赶回济南后五天，非典隔离开始。同样因为非典，中央台的节目录制陷入停顿，我们的节目“有幸”被重播四次之多，希望我们的观点能够得到更多人的认可。
不过，比之讨论恐龙灭绝，我更喜欢探讨生命的诞生。在这里，进化不仅仅是一个生物学课题，更是一个哲学命题。我对进化生物学及进化基因组学的认识将在下面的一篇小文中展开，在此就不加赘述了。
最后，三年大学生活行将结束，未来的研究生生活即将展开。对我来说，中科院系统始终是我的唯一选择，我需要的是一个纯粹的研究氛围。昆明动物所正是这样一个地方。不管是我目前主攻的动物发育方向，还是我的兴趣所在--进化生物学方向，昆明所都有国内顶尖的教授和实验条件。如果能有幸成为昆明所的

1、“碰地雷”：
在英语单词教学中，学生不太愿意跟读。用此法不错。在一个词下放一个地雷，这个词是不能读的，如果学生不小心跟读，就是踩到雷了。大家一起数one two three,bomb,向他砸过去！有趣，气氛也好，学生在玩中也学得扎实！
2、补全句子：
在学习句中，要慢读，必要时分解读。在跟读几遍后，可以让学生补全老师没说完的部分。比如：my name is rebecca.可让学生补rebecca、is rebecca、name is rebecca。这是个反应练习，可让学生熟练掌握句子。
3、此呼彼应：
(1)全班学生坐在原位。
(2)教师描述一些事物，如果的是对的，例如：The dusks are swimming.学生就学叫“嘎嘎”，如果的是错的，学生就保持沉默。 (3)做错的学生暂且退出游戏。游戏继续进行。 (4)剩下的一个学生即游戏的优胜者。
(5)变化：The bike is coming .或A cat can run.等。
(6)作用：可用于现在进行时态和can句型的教学，可训练学生的听力。
4、拍皮球：
(1)学生分两组坐在原位，合上眼，教师为两组打分。
(2)教师拍皮球，学生默数教师拍了几下。假设教师拍了19下。
(3)教师突然停下，问一个学生“What’s the number?”该学生应该答，“Nineteen”。如果他答对了，该组得分，并由该学生接替教师拍球，游戏继续进行，如果他讲错了，就让别的学生纠正。
(4)哪组学生得分多，就为胜者。
(5)变化：教师拍球时可以在中间来个停顿。如先拍4下，停一停，再拍3下，接着问：“What’s the number?”学生应答“Seven”“Four plus three is seven.” (6)作用：操练数词和加法运算句型。
5、将错就错：
(1)学生坐在原位，注视着教师。教师在教室里随意走动，他可以突然停在一个学生面前，用手指着自己的鼻子说：This is my eyes(有意讲错)那个学生也将错就错，指着自己的.眼睛说：This is my nose.
(2)如果学生讲错了，就让他代替教师，再同样地做一遍。
(3)变化：教师可以手拿一些文具，指着钢笔说：This is my pencil.学生则指着自己的铅笔说：This is my pen.(4)作用：巩固单词，操练句型。
6、各就各位：
(1)教师读一段对话Dialogue或课文Text,也可以读一段自己编的短文。
(2)让几个学生担任对话课文中的角色（或人或人物）。
(3)教师先把整段文章念一遍或讲一遍。
(4)教师在讲述第二遍的时候，每提到一个人或物，扮演该角色的学生就得马上站起来，如教师讲Saturday afternoon.The pupils are cleaning their claroom.The teacher is with them.(“Teacher”站起来)Look, Wang Hai is cleaning the window (Wang Hai站起来)。
(5)变化：可编排其内容，如At the Zoo或In the Park.
(6)作用：培养学生理解短文内容，找出关键词的能力。
7、滚皮球（适合初学英语的学生）
目的：检查学生对字母顺序的掌握程序。
规则：
1.主持人手拿皮球站在圈内。
2.主持人边说一个字母，边向四周的学生滚动皮球。接球者必须说出其听到的后面的一个字母。主持人说两个，接球者也得说出其后的两个字母，依此类推。
8、找朋友
目的：检查学生对字母四种体（大写、小写）的熟悉程度。
1.准备好印刷体和书写体的大小写字母卡片若干张，分成几组。
2.选出其中几组卡片，发给学生每人一张，允许他们互相看一看，但不能读出声音来。
3.教师发令，学生在最短时间内以最快速度找到相同字母的三位学生为优胜。
9、友谊之圈
目的：用英语向别人进行简单的问候、自我介绍及告别。
方法：
1.大家一起面对面围成两个同心圆。
2.一起拍手唱歌或放音乐，两个圈分别朝相反方向移动。歌曲结束，或老师喊"Stop!"时，每位同学就与这时正好和自己面对面的同学进行问候对话。
3.当大家安静下来表示都做完以后，重新开始一首歌曲拍手转圈。
4.游戏的乐趣在于，学生不知道自己下一个将会面对谁，也许是新的同学，也许就是刚才问候过的同学
