Thiswinter is freezing cold. I didn’t have any desire to go out for play. I alwaysstayed at home. Actually, most of the time I was in my bed. Later my mother found that I was so lazy. Then sheforced me to go out. Since my mother said, I have no excuse to reject. My motheris right. Though the outside was icy, it’s fantastic. Everything smells fresh. Sincethen, I went outside everyday, and then did my homework and felt full of energy.The holiday ended very soon. It was a lazy holiday.

If an entrance fee must be paid by the visitors for a park, it will be necessary to build a gate and surrounding walls. The city will not look so beautiful as it should have. 40% of us schoolmates think that an entrance fee can be accepted, but it must not be too expensive. The money from ticket selling can be used for paying the gardeners in the park and buying some other kinds of flowers and trees.
With regard to myself, I think an entrance fee is useful, for it can be used to protect a park. Do we share the same opinion, dear editor?

i heard the little girl asking her mother, "whats wrong with the uncle?" i had thought that perhaps the mother would blame the man. but out of my epectation, the woman answered with a smile, "be quiet. this uncle must be very tired because of hard work." the young man must have heard these words. his face turned red and he offered one seat to the little girl at once.
the woman respected the young man and didnt blame him in public. in this way, she made him feeli ashamed and corrected his bad behavior. i think the woman is very smart.

last friday , we had an lesson and it was really unforgettable because it was the last lesson given by our kind english teacher ,mr tang.
when mr tang slowly went into the classroom ,we could see clearly that it was hard for him to leave us though he had taught us for only three months.he said something about him future plan ,which moved us all deeply.then he started the last lesson.
we all listened attentively(认真地) to every word he said .if only we had done like this before!(如果我们以前就这样该多好啊)the naughty boys unusually behaved well in this last lesson.
it was obvious(明显的)that all of us had the common feeling that we wouldnt let him go.
though we didnt want our good teacher to go ,it seemed to be too late . as the saying goes,only when we lose something do we realize the value of it.(这句你应该能理解)
at last,with the bell ringing,mr tang looked at us all soulfully(深情地) and epressed what he thought. he hoped that we would make progress in our study and become good citizens(公民) in society.

我们的春节是中国人一年中的第一个传统佳节，它标志旧的一年结束，新的一年已经开始。年夜饭，是春节的重要活动之一，中国的百姓家庭对年夜饭极为重视。正月初二，我和爸爸妈妈一起到奶奶家吃年夜饭。
在今天来的人特别多，奶奶家显得格外热闹，年味超浓。姑姑、叔叔和我爸爸正聊得热火重天。他们边嗑瓜子，边滔滔不绝的聊着各种话题。表哥和嫂子在房间里逗小baby开心，看着小宝贝的笑脸，他们别提有多开心了。而我和俩位表姐则更是“肆无忌惮”了。我们三人盘腿坐在沙发上，悠闲自得地玩着ipad上的割绳子，时不时传出一阵阵爽朗的笑声。
又过了一会儿，奶奶慈祥地把我们带进房间，塞给我们每人一个印着“马”的红包，我们接过红包，笑盈盈的`谢谢奶奶。
很快的还有5分钟就到6点了。姑父把我们安排到圆桌上的各个座位上，我和2位表姐左右邻座。先上一道饭前甜点“蔬菜沙拉”开开胃。我们三个吃货纷纷拿勺子一勺勺地舀着沙拉，没一会儿，沙拉就差不多吃完了。姑姑笑着说：“慢点吃，每人和你们抢。”这时，第二道菜“年年有鱼”上来了。色香味俱全，酱油的味道恰到好处，加上葱花点缀，这道菜别提有多美了。鱼上完了，紧接着就是“清煮虾仁”了。这道菜清甜可口，配上一碗香醋，让人垂涎欲滴。稍后又上了不少好菜，个顶个都是美食，今天来真是有口福了。
晚上，吃完晚饭。大家陆陆续续都散了，我和爸爸妈妈也只好依依不舍的和奶奶说“再见”了，今天一天玩得别提有多开心了，和家人团聚是一件幸福的事。

Summer can be very hot in southern Taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more.Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned.Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky.Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim.In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time.This summer vacation,however,was not spent entirely in seeking fun.As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away.In other words,I must find time to study,too.So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.
part two：
I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way.I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations,but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so.I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations.Though those examinations were still a year away,I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this.At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this,but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come.With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical.I was not at all bored by this kind of life,for I was sustained by a hope.
part three:
The summer vacation had come round again.I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while.Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation,I made a plan as to how to spend it.First,I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them.Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise,such as walking,running and rowing,to keep me physically strong.It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time.I did,because I lived up to what I had planned.
